Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how much funding his Department has provided to UK companies involved in the Global Combat Air Programme.
This question was answered on 27th February 2023
As of 31 January 2023, the Ministry of Defence (MOD) has provided over £1.25 billion funding to UK industry, including on research and development, to support our future combat air capability. This is in addition to MOD's internal investments and those made by industry.
