Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what estimate he has made of the number of people employed in businesses directly affected by Network Rail's decision to sell its commercial assets.

Network Rail’s commercial estate in England and Wales comprises over 3,000 business tenants. Network Rail does not hold figures for the number of people employed by its tenants.
