Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what assessment he has made of the potential impact of the Retained EU Law bill on the pension rights of part time judges.
This question was answered on 9th March 2023
Having carefully considered the options available to him, the Lord Chancellor has decided that the FPJPS regulations should be preserved and has instructed officials to take the necessary actions to that end.
