Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, if he will make an assessment of the potential merits of bringing forward legislative proposals similar to those in the Miners’ Strike (Pardons) (Scotland) Bill.
This question was answered on 7th March 2023
There are currently no plans to introduce legislative proposals similar to those in the Miners’ Strike (Pardons) (Scotland) Act 2022.
