Question to the Department for Business and Trade:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business and Trade, with reference to the answer of 16 April 2026, to Question 126612, on China: Clean Energy, whether (a) Memorandums of Understanding and (b) non-legally binding agreements have been agreed between the (i) department and (ii) its agencies, and with the People’s Republic of China, since 4 July that have not been published on gov.uk.

We do not normally publish the details of non-legally binding agreements with other countries, including MoUs.
