The Resolution Centre within the Home Office continues to provide a dedicated telephone line for support organisations, across the UK, to escalate cases to the Home Office. Access is available to charities, voluntary sector organisations and Local Authorities.

Applicants who need independent immigration advice or representation should be signposted to the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA). These are regulated advisers and organisations authorised to provide immigration advice. Both fee and non-fee charging advice can be found on the IAA website - Adviser Finder
