To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how Border Force is held to account for its performance under the service level agreement in respect of waiting times at passport control.

Data on Border Force performance against Service Level Agreements was first published July 2011, with data going back to Q1 2010. Border Force performance against Service Level Agreements is kept under review and Border Force is directly accountable to the Home Office Permanent Secretary and the Home Secretary.
