Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, when he expects the Infrastructure Levy to be introduced.

The Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill provides powers for the Government to introduce the Infrastructure Levy. The Bill is currently in the House of Lords.
