Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what consultation took place prior to the contract for the Cotswold Dialysis Unit being transferred to Braun Medical.
This question was answered on 5th July 2018
This contract was awarded through competitive tender, and is a seven-year contract due to expire on 31 March 2019. A public consultation was not required as there was no change to the location or model of service provided.
