Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what assessment his Department has made of the potential merits of the US Covert Long Dwell Stratospheric Architecture programme.

The Department are in regular contact with the US Department of Defense to share knowledge between projects. We do not have specific information relating to the programme requested.
