Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, whether the Government plans to bring forward separate legislative proposals relating to (a) introducing five-year sentences for animal cruelty and (b) animal sentience.
