Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what is the in-service date of the Chinook H-47.
This question was answered on 13th July 2026
The Chinook H-47(Extended Range) is being delivered through the Chinook Capability Sustainment Programme Tranche 1. The first Chinook H‑47 (Extended Range) aircraft is expected to be delivered and in service for the United Kingdom from late 2027.
