Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to his oral contribution of 9 July 2018, Official Report, column 690, for what reasons the Modernising Defence Programme's analysis of threats to the UK is not being informed by a new National Security Risk Assessment.
