We are fully committed to offering meaningful care and support to people diagnosed with dementia in line with our 2020 Challenge on Dementia.

Commissioning of services for people with dementia are the responsibility of local clinical commissioning groups (CCGs). The Government and NHS England would expect CCGs to commission services based on local population needs and taking account of National Institute for Health and Care Excellence guidelines.
