Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, if he will make it his policy to publishing in full the report into the pilot scheme which put phones into prison cells in a number of prisons.

The Department is conducting research to evaluate the benefits of the in-cell telephony pilot, which is intended for publication in 2019.
