Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 3 July 2018 Question 158653, when he plans to publish the scientific advice commissioned by his Department on the corrosive products and concentration limits set out in Schedule 1 of the Bill.

We have provided the scientific advice prepared by the Government’s advisors at the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory on the corrosive substances and concentration levels set out in Schedule 1 of the Offensive Weapons Bill, to the House of Commons Public Bill Committee on the Offensive Weapons Bill. A copy of the advice will be placed in the House Library.
