Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what steps he is taking to ensure the Jewish community's burial traditions are not interrupted by the changes to the process for the registrations of deaths which occur in the community rather than in hospital.

NHS England lead on the operational delivery of the medical examiner system in England and NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership in Wales. This is published by the lead Royal College for medical examiners the Royal College of Pathologists.
