Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what estimate he has made of the cost to the public purse of Subject Access Requests to GPs in each of the last 12 months.

The General Data Protection Regulation came into force in May 2018. It is too soon to make a meaningful assessment of the impact to the public purse of Subject Access Requests to general practitioners.
