Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, how many successful cyber attacks were launched against critical national infrastructure organisations in each of the last four years.

Ensuring UK Critical National Infrastructure is secure and resilient against cyber attack is a priority for the Government. The NCSC has responded to a number of incidents impacting CNI companies and their supply chains since its creation including close working with companies on mitigation. Definitive figures on the number of cyber attacks launched against CNI organisations are not available.
