Unfair Dismissal: Equality

Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, what equality impact assessment the Government has made since the qualifying period for unfair dismissal claims was increased to two years.

In line with good practice, the Government carried out an Equality Impact Assessment before taking the decision to extend the qualifying period for unfair dismissal to two years.
