Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many NHS hospitals were classified as being in special measures according to Care Quality Commission guidance in (a) Harlow, (b) Essex, (c) the East of England and (c) England in each of the last five years.
