Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:
To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, whether there have been any reported cases of the dumping of nuclear waste off the coast of Penarth.

Regulation of the disposal of radioactive material off the coast of Wales is a devolved matter for Natural Resources Wales and the Welsh Government.
