Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, when he plans to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the Welsh Government relating to MOD St. Athan; and if he will make a statement.

The Department is committed to retaining a presence at Ministry of Defence (MOD) St Athan and MOD officials in the Defence Infrastructure Organisation are currently in negotiations with the Welsh Government regarding future arrangements.
