Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what the timetable is for the Government response to the consultation on an independent public advocate.
This question was answered on 11th October 2018
The consultation on the Independent Public Advocate closes on 3 December. We will publish a response to the consultation in the spring and will legislate when parliamentary time allows.
