Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, what progress his Department has made on leasehold reform.
This question was answered on 21st April 2023
The Government has legislated via the Leasehold Reform (Ground Rent) Act 2022 to protect future leaseholders. Further announcements will be made in the usual way.
