To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, with reference to the trade union Partnership Framework, published on 30 June 2026, whether that framework replaces any previous agreement; and what elements represent new policy guidance.

It is a statement of intent specifically for central Cabinet Office engagement with trade unions. It is not a formal agreement and does not impinge upon existing departmental arrangements.
