Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, with reference to her Department's consultation entitled Modern leasehold: restricting ground rent for existing leases, updated on 8 December 2023, when she plans to respond to that consultation.
