Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what recent assessment he has made of the suitability of Combat Vehicle 90 for the Army.

When selecting the new armoured fighting vehicle for the Army a number of possibilities were considered, including the CV90. After a full competitive process, the Ajax vehicles was selected.
As part of normal business, the Ministry of Defence keeps a range of capabilities under review to ensure our Armed Forces are equipped to face future threats.
