To ask the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, pursuant to the Answer of 13 September 2018 to Question 172405 on Broadband, when he plans to discuss with BT and Ofcom how transparency measures might be introduced.

Discussions with Openreach and Ofcom about greater transparency of build plans have started and are ongoing.
