Question to the Department for Business and Trade:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business and Trade, what (a) hard copy and (b) electronic records his Department holds of units dedicated to better regulation since 2010.

All documents, including those relating to ministerial decisions and assessment of options, have been retained in line with the relevant Departmental retention policies and legislation applicable at the time.
