Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether he has had recent discussions with NHS England on staffing issues in community pharmacy.

We have had no specific discussions. Community pharmacies are commercial organisations with a role in staff recruitment and retention. NHS England and NHS Improvement continue to work with employers to provide support and maintain good access to National Health Service pharmaceutical services.
