Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the Answer of 28 June 2022 to Question 23405 on Defence: Finance, whether his estimate of defence inflation for 2021-22 is greater than 2020-21.
This question was answered on 20th April 2023
Defence inflation for financial year 2021-22 was estimated as 2.1% which is lower than the estimate for 2020-21, which was 4.1%.
