Surveys are currently being conducted to identify buildings which may have been constructed with Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC). Following this, specialist suppliers will confirm presence of RAAC. If identified, a risk assessment will be conducted and discussed with the appropriate site teams to ensure appropriate mitigation is applied and monitored. Where RAAC is suspected, but not confirmed, a risk assessment and mitigation will be put in place anyway.

Until surveys are complete, it is not possible to provide a breakdown of barracks, service family accommodation and training facilities which might have been constructed with RAAC.
