Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether support for patients with multimorbidity will be included as a focus in the Major Conditions Strategy.

The Major Conditions strategy will support patients with multimorbidity by addressing these conditions together in a joined up strategy. This will allow us to focus on where there are similarities in approach and ensure care is better centred around the patient.
