Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many complaints relating to (a) UK Service Family Accommodation and (b) UK Single Living Accommodation were reported in 2022.
From April 2022 until December 2022 only the total numbers of complaints made by people living in Service Family Accommodation (SFA) can be provided and is shown below.

The above figures represent the total number of complaints received and are not broken down into specific elements of the service provided. Complaints range from missed appointments and poor communication to damp and mould and delays to necessary repairs. A new case management and case handling model was introduced in February, which includes increasing staff capacity at Pinnacle, Amey and VIVO to handle complaints.
