Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many court applications to extend supervision due to community sentence unpaid work going unfulfilled were made by his Department in each year since 2010.
This question was answered on 28th April 2023
For the years 2021 to 23 April 2023, the following number of court applications to extend Unpaid Work requirements were made

2021 | 2352 |
2022 | 9627 |
2023 | 2262 |
The data for the years 2010-2020 can only be provided at disproportionate cost due to the time and resource that would be needed to search each service record.
