To ask the Secretary of State for Business and Trade, pursuant to the Answer of 24 April 2023 to Question 180243 on EU Law, whether her department holds searchable IT archives employing the search term out of scope relating to changes to regulatory burdens that could not be reviewed due to its EU origin.

The Department for Business and Trade does not hold searchable IT archives that could be searched in this way.
