Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many prosecutions made under the Coronavirus Act 2020 in relation to Schedule 22 on Powers to issue directions relating to events, gathering and premises have been resolved through the single justice procedure to date.

National statistics on detailed offence level prosecutions including those relating to COVID-19 for the calendar year of 2020 are due for publication in May 2021.
