Veterans: Proof of Identity

Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many complaints his Department received about the rollout of Veteran ID cards in (a) 2020, (b) 2021, and (c) 2022.
Complaints can be made about any aspect of existing services provided by Defence Business Services. Since 2018 Veterans ID cards have been issued to Service leavers and a project is currently underway to deliver a new digital verification service for veterans which will enable the issuing of Veterans ID cards to those who left prior to 2018.
Four formal complaints have been received relating to the issue of Veterans ID cards as follows:
