Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many court applications his Department made to extend supervision due to unfilled community sentence unpaid work in (a) 2018, (b) 2019 and (c) 2020.

The data for the years 2018-2020 can only be provided at disproportionate cost, due to the time and resource that would be needed to search each service record.
