Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many court applications his Department made to extend supervision due to unfulfilled community sentence unpaid work in (a) 2012, (b) 2013 and (c) 2014.

We do not hold the data for the years 2012 and 2013 when Unpaid Work was delivered by Probation Trusts.

The data for 2014 can only be provided at disproportionate cost, due to the time and resource that would be needed to search each service record.
