Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many court applications his Department made to extend supervision due to unfulfilled community sentence unpaid work in (a) 2010 and (b) 2011.
This question was answered on 11th May 2023
We do not hold the data for the years 2010 and 2011 when Unpaid Work was delivered by Probation Trusts.
