Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, whether he has made an assessment of the potential benefits to the economy of foreign investment in (a) housing, (b) business and (c) other development on brownfield sites.

Inward foreign investment can provide a range of benefits including the regeneration of brownfield land, construction of new homes and commercial units and the creation of jobs - as we work towards our ambition to build 300,000 homes per year.
