Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many personnel there are in the Royal Navy.
This question was answered on 10th May 2023
There are currently 38,990 personnel serving in the Royal Navy. An additional 1,750 personnel are serving in the Royal Fleet Auxiliary and 2,630 civil servants are employed within the Royal Navy top level budget.
