Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, if his Department has made an assessment of the potential merits of introducing a blind bidding system for purchasing houses.

In last year's Levelling Up White Paper, we committed to improving the availability of upfront property information in a digital format. We will set out further steps in due course.
