To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what fiscal steps he is taking to help people keep more of their earnings.

The Government is committed to raising the income tax personal allowance from £10,600 to £12,500 by the end of this parliament. We will go further and ensure that, in the future, individuals working 30 hours at the national minimum wage will not pay income tax.
