Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, if he will bring forward legislative proposals to reduce vaping in (a) children and young people and (b) adults.

The Government recently ran a call for evidence on youth vaping to identify opportunities to reduce the number of children accessing and using vape products. This closed on 6 June 2023 and we will now consider a range of options based on the evidence provided, including potential changes to vaping policy and regulation. We will respond later this year.
