Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, with reference to the consultation entitled Introduction of a use class for short term lets and associated permitted development rights, published on 12 April 2023, if he will make an assessment of the potential impact of those proposals on levels of concentration of short-term lets in areas adjacent to areas covered by Permitted Development Rights.
