Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to oral contribution of 19 June by the Minister for Defence People, Veterans and Service Families, Official Report, column 671, how many deductions of what value have been made for failure to deliver parts of the contracts for military housing.

The Department has exercised to the fullest extent its contractual rights to withhold fixed and variable profit for areas where suppliers have failed to meet Acceptable Levels of Performance.
