Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, pursuant to the Answer of 7 February 2023 to Question 135421 on Local Plans: Green Belt, how many local authorities have stated to his Department that they are preparing their local plans in line with (a) Written Ministerial Statement HCWS415, 6 December 2022 and (b) the National Planning Policy Framework.
